everytime i sign into my BNC i get this messege:

i did something, i have no idea, fuckin with my friends nick, and it put him in some list, and i have no idea how to get it off...
how do i stop this nick notify thing

Go to mIRC's Address Book (Alt-B). Click the Notify tab and remove him.
