Disable chan join prot?

Hey I was wondering if you could turn off the chan protector that makes u wait 2 min before u can join a chan. I join a lot of chans and I hate having to wait 15 min before I am finally in all of them. Thanks for your help in advance

if your not banned on the channel your trying to join it shouldnt take that long to join channels unless u on like realy realy slow internet connection ,but saying that even dialup 56k should only be a matter of seconds for channels open or join ,try join a irc server closer to u,

and channel protection is set by the ops of the channels
