Hey i didn´t fixed my problem but i make some progress
When somebody type my trigger fserv send the message ´blabla type /dccserver +sc-f on port blablabla´
but they cant open my fserv
then i request a dcc chat for who typed my trigger.
Whit the dcc chat for me my fserv worked
I changed the message ´blabla type /dccserver +sc-f on port blablabla´
for ´blabla type /dccserver +sc-f on port blablabla to join on my fserv send me a dcc chat typing /DCC CHAT mynickname´
but there´s a problem
i can´t send the files (connection failed)
what´s wrong?

your behind somesort of proxy or firwall / router call your ISP and ask questions about what type settings you need to configure so u can send pictures to your family and see what they say
