On "Word" Notify" or alert

Hi, ive been tryin to find somethin in invision that is built in that would alow me to make this work.

What i want my script to do, is that the same way, that when someone says my nick in another channel it alerts me and shows the sentence in the channel that im in, i would like it to do the same on any random word. For example "Hello"

If that is not possible, anything along the lines of notifying me or msg me the word that was typed would work.
