Fserve wont send files

My buddy is Havening the Same Problem and he is useing 6.12 w/ Ib3515 and he cant send nothing only Recieve and he has tried everything. and no luck Behind a firewall and want to serv? Need help? Read this. he tried that no luck nither so can some one help out
