I got another question, how can I delete those boxes, cuz it gives a ugly font or can I choose any font?

If you are joining channels before you're identified, then remove the auto-join and go into perform and put:

.timerjoin 1 5 join #channel1,#channel2,#channel3

That should work for you.

As for those boxes, just change them to something else or change your font. Note that when you're using Invision, you do not change the timestamp from mIRC's options. Go into Main Settings > ADV and change it there.
