Server will not broadcast

I set up everything and picked it to broadcast every minute but its not. Do I have to start it somehow?

make sure u check autostart on connect in file server manager. and go to the channel u wanna serve in, rightclick any empty space, select server controls in the popup menu, file server, and click start.
