Question About Time Intervals

Hello All,
New to forums here so i'm not sure if anyone has asked this question yet..but is there a way to set a pause or a time interval in between file sends with the invision script? Reason i asked is because my cable had capped me and they told me if i take a 5 or 10minute break between uploads i should be fine....

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated..Thanks in Advance!
