window for fileserver ads that responses to !list

Ok, this may be a little out of the ordinary, but I don't know the first thing about making a custom window that responses to !list and then displays all of the channel's fserve ads. I've spent hours searching through Invision's files to see if i would recognize anything, but I haven't found anything yet. See, I've got Invision running as my fileserver and then I have plain mIRC to use for learning how to script and chatting. I would like to be able to take that "Capture Notice Ads" option and "Capture Text Ads" option and be able to use them in my plain mIRC. If anyone can shed some light on this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
