No longer can encrypt or decrypt

I can't encrypt or decrypt messages anymore. One day it just stopped working. What appears when someone sends me an ecrytped message is something like this.

[9:53pm] DECRYPTED: <endox|vN`> |€oiu^pwp[zy?

I've tried reinstalling Invision, but it never worked. Can anyone help me?

Looks to me as though someone is just using a different crypt key then you are. Check and see what yours is set to. The default is "crazycrypt"
