Help with Formatting the Nick in the Channel Window

Hello all, I was wondering how to change the format of peoples' nick within the Channel. By default, when something is said you see something like:

[9:54pm] <+JohnQ> sup everyone

My question is: how do you change <+JohnQ> to be (+JohnQ) or anything else for that matter?

That is standard IRC formatting, nothing to do with invision.

To my knowledge it is not changeable.
