XDCC ad delay

XDCC ad delay

I'm a server on an IRC channel, and recently one of the OPs requested that I change the ad delay from 2 minutes to 5. I'm not quite sure how this would be done. any help?

under General change the time in the ad delay section from 2 min. to 5 min.
