Files Sharing with XDCC

i pretty much set everything up correctly, but apparently other users cannot download files from me. The dialog box for the send/recieve remains idle and says... Failed to send <file name> to <user>.
I have a cable modem that is hooked up to a Rounter through ethernet LAN, not wireless. I entered all the local info for my host/isp correctly. But i can receive files from other users easily at optimal speeds... help

Try here on forwarding ports http://www.ircmadeasy.com/router_setup.htm also make sure your xp firewall is off http://www.ircmadeasy.com/disabling_xp_firewall.htm try those options that should fix u right up
