Because of the fair reply you gave, I'll go ahead and reply to it.

First, I don't say to use backup/restore. I have listed in various places on the forum what to do and what not to do in order to not lose settings. These are tested ways to not lose your settings.

Second, if you don't like the setting loss bug, just use 2520 until the next update.

As far as updates, look back through the previous updates. Updates take time. Especially if the problem doesn't make any sense.

I'm not the only person who has tried figuring out this bug and have had no luck. Give it time.

And, finally... as for why cRYOa has not stopped in, I don't know. However, I do know that he has a legitimate reason and I can live with that. I have used 3515 since it came out with almost no trouble. And the troubles I have had were almost all caused by my own mistakes (such as connecting to the same network more than once at a time).
