Trouble accepting transfers

Ever since downloading the newest versions of invision and mirc I haven't been able to accept any transfers. The box comes up and says 'accepting' but it eventually times out. I tried to find the older version (build 2520) that I used to have but haven't been successful.

Auto-accept is on in both mirc and invision.

Anyone know whats wrong, or where i can get build 2520?

Also, I went to ircmadeasy.com and set it up exactly as they have it on their site.

The link for build 2520 doesn't work either.
