99% of problems fixed

Im behind of firewall and i´ve been asking for help here
Now i can serv my files but i´ve only one problem more
I can send files with this way (dcc send ip:6060) but i cant send files on fserv because i do that command by myself.
To fix this problem i need change the command for send files of invision for something like this: dcc send $chat(%nick).ip:6060 " $+ %file $+ "
if i do that my fserv will send automatically by the cmmand that i sayd (dcc send ip:6060).
So please tell me what line of what script i have to change to take effect?
PLEASE help me!

Added the message To join on my FServ type /dcc chat $me
sending files manually by the command /dcc send ip:6060
