hop and op

i have renew'd my mirc and invision. too meny times to list... no matter what i do i have no hop's or op's
i cant even +v and 1
i login to server i get a @ off chanserv but i cant even +v a person...its not there when i right mouse on nick... please tell me why

Some networks aren't automatically included as ones that support normal chanserv operations. If the network you're on has chanserv/nickserv, you can use Invision's "Force Dalnet Mode" on that network to include those menus for that network.

That is located in Main Settings > Filtering & Nickserv ... at the bottom.

if you want to auto +V +h etc etc a user when they join you can press ALT+B then go to control and add them there
