delay for always in channels if connecting

cuz if you have a lot of channels, and youre connecting this could cause excess floods
so a delay would be nice
or something like the slow paste

There is an Option under Mirc Options that will allow you to Queue your commands try using it I myself have never tried it its under

ALT+O IRC > FLOOD > Check Op Commands / Own Messages
