Invision - Chanserv Commands in Every chan?

How can I tweak Invision so as, every Chanserv command I make (commands beginning with '!') do not appear in EVERY SINGLE channel.

ie: If I type !users in a channel, the !users list for than channel will appear in all my active channels.

well, the person/bot thats sending you the list is probably in all the channels you are in.

ex. whichever channel that he is in and you are in, the list will show up in those chans.

so does that mean there is no fix... ive had this program for about 3 hrs and it is really annoying please help if possible

Change your mIRC options. Alt-O > IRC > change the Show in Active and Events sections to how you want them. I'm assuming that's a Notice ad that you are getting.
