New At this need serious steps

Hey, i have quite alot of videos to share and i just downloaded invision 2.0 3151 or something like that. Im not new to mIRC and stuff but im new to invision and how to share stuff. So can someone help me on how to sharevideos and set up everything.. Thanks in advance
