triggers help

hey all i need help with fserv. i setup one put in some one word triggers in the boxes like it should be. when someone does a !list nick on me they say the get the msg string but no triggers are there. whats the prob?

either you have to set it to ctcp triggers only or remove the allow ctcp triggers box
