Strange Characters On File Server

When people are on my file server queueing up files or looking around, I see strange characters. This happens in build 3515 and also the last build.
Any ideas why the following would be appearing, strange accents etc. ??

It was added to fool out auto Download Scripts back on Build 1515 if U disable Anti Get Mode it should stop the wierd text or u can type /w.set Fserve AntiGET Off or to turn is on /w.set Fserve AntiGET On
