Winamp Icon in System Tray

Postby Ranger808 » Mon Jan 05, 2004 5:14 pm

I've been using Invision for some time now. After installing version 3515, I've noticed a Winamp Icon in the system tray that indicates Winamp 2.5e

When I attempt to open Winamp using the icon, it does nothing. I'm using Winamp 5.01 and don't have the icon in system tray checked. When I do, there are two icons. One listed as Winamp 5.01 and the other as Winamp 2.5e. I've even tried completely uninstalling/reinstalling Winamp, including deleting all references to it in the registry, but the icon still reappears when I reinstall and open Invision.

I've also found that I must shut down Invision before installing Winamp as it shows it's running, even when the program doesn't exist on my system.

Is this a bug or what? Anyone else having this problem and is there anyway to fix it?
