i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a problem with these triggers..i used to typ the trigger in and a window automatically poped up where i could click through with my mouse...well, when i typ in a trigger now, another chat window pops up which is alot smaller and i cant click throught it with my mouse, i have to typ certain commands in..i want to get back to this other window, it was alot better to handle, but i dont know how! i really need some help!
sorry for my english, but i hope someone understood my problem!

click on invision at the top, then main settings, near the bottom it says enable fserve explorer, tick the box, click apply, click ok
